CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY SHIPPING ADDRESS AFTER I PLACE MY ORDER?

We start working on your order as soon as it is placed, but still, for your convenience, we have a window of 12 hours to cancel your orders. Just email us on jay@shoeriken.com
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SHIP?


All U.S. Domestic orders process within 2-7 business days.
We pack and ship immediately and have your order on the way as quickly as possible, usually within 5-12 business days.
International orders may take over 2 weeks and up to 6 depending on which country you live in and customs.
If you do not get an order confirmation email immediately after you order, please email jay@shoeriken.com and we can re-send you a fresh copy or figure out what happened. Don't panic. Seriously. We'll stick with you every step of the way until we make things right with you. 
If you would like to cancel your order you must cancel BEFORE we ship your items.

WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?

- We are located in Pipariya, India but have dispatch facilities around the world!

HOW DO YOUR SIZES RUN?

- We provide size charts in product description section. We do not accept returns for orders unless they arrive damaged so please make sure you order the correct size! 

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SHIP MY ORDER?
- It takes 2-5 business days to process your order depending on volume and availability of items and 5-15 business days to ship depending on your origin country. 

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

- When your order is shipped you should receive a second email with your tracking number.
